Orders will be sent within 24 hours unless product is made to order.
Orders for next day delivery will be sent same day if ordered before 1:30pm unless product is made to order.

Delivery Options
Within The UK:
Ist Class post : delivery within 1-3 days
Next day, before 1pm, signed for delivery; Available Monday to Thursday on orders placed before 1.30pm: delivery within 24 hours. : These will need to be signed for and are tracked by us daily.
Outside the UK
1st class airmail. We are unable to estimate delivery times.

Returns Policy
You can cancel your order at any time until:
The end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods.**
Goods returned must be sent back registered post and in the same condition they were sent to you.**
Refunds will be made by Cheque covering the full cost of the item/s and postage.
** please note, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings if they have been worn.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your goods for an item of the same value (if the item you require has an increased cost then you will need to pay the difference), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods.
Exchange items will be sent within 48 hours on receipt of your returned goods.
There will be an additional cost for Postage.
