Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order for any reason within 7 days of your transaction; the exception to this are 'made to order' items
you must contact us by phone, email or letter within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return the item/s
items must be returned by 1st class 'signed for ' post so they can be tracked for return and refunds can be made promptly
Only orders made directly with ourselves can be returned.

Exchanging an order
If you wish to exchange your goods for an item of the same value (if the item you require has an increased cost then you will need to pay the difference), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods.

Exchange items will be sent within 48 hours on receipt of your returned goods.

** please note, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings if they have been worn.
