Cornish Tin Lapel/Tie pin in the shape of a Cornish Pasty. Traditionally the pasty was marked with the Miners initials, this was because the miners used to eat part of their pasty for breakfast and leave the remainder for lunch. The initials enabled them to find their own pasties. This tin pasty lapel pin is a great fun gift for a 10th Wedding anniversary, traditionally the gift of Tin. Made from 100% Cornish Tin, mined at South Crofty before closure in 1998 and reserved for our exclusive use. |
