Cornish Tin Cufflinks & Lapel/Tie Pins
Each pair of our South Crofty Tin cufflinks are a testament to an ancient and very Cornish tradition. We have very carefully reproduced the tin stamps used to authenticate the tin mined in Cornwall, the lamb and flag and the Trerife pelican. Our mining history is also captured in the engine house cufflinks and the Cousin Jack tie/lapel pin. The Cornish Arms cufflinks with the 12 Bessants and the St Piran's flag cufflinks are our most popular cufflinks and tie slides/tie pins, bought as gifts for groomsmen, fathers of the bride and groom and as a reminder of Cornwall for those living away. The pasty cufflinks are a wonderful reminder of our traditional Cornish pasty, the aroma of bakeries and seafront cafe's never very far away. All of our South Crofty Tin cufflinks and tie pins have sterling silver backs and are made using 100% Cornish tin, mined at South Crofty, the last remaining tin mine in Europe, before closure in 1998. All of our South Crofty tin cufflinks come in a silver coloured presentation box and a certificate of authentication.
