Cornish Tin and Diamond Jewellery
A new exclusive selection of Cornish tin jewellery with diamonds, these are only available via the internet.  Each piece is handcrafted using South Crofty tin and has a 2mm 3pt diamond supplied by A E Ward and Sons, a well established gemstone supplier to the jewellery trade.

Cornish Tin and Gem Jewellery
Our unique collection of gem jewellery has been designed to represent the month of birth or wedding and also to symbolise the true meanings of a long lasting and loving marriage.

the garnet represents the month of January is the stone of passionate devotion
the amethyst represents the month of February and is the stone of stability and clarity
the aquamarine represents the month of March and is the stone of courage and calmness
the cubic zirconia represents the month of April, this is an artificial diamond and has been used as an alternative for the diamond and remained the most geologically and economically important competitor for diamonds since 1976; the diamond is the stone of strength, invincibility, and courage
the green onyx represents the month of May and is the stone of self control
the mother of pearl represents the month of June and is associated with protection and wealth
the carnelian represents the month of July and is the stone of harmony and happiness

Cornish Tin Jewellery and Gifts
The South Crofty Collection is hand produced by local craftsmen using genuine Cornish tin from South Crofty mine and reserved exclusively for use in the collection.  Each piece bares a certificate of authenticity, your guarantee of quality and origination from Cornwall.

Tin is one of the oldest known metals, is a non reactive metal, non toxic and safe, resistant to tarnish.  Produced from ore mined deep below South Crofty, Cornwall's last working tin mine until it’s closure in 1998, each piece is a testament to an ancient and very Cornish tradition.

We have a wonderful range of jewellery and gifts depicting our Cornish heritage, and also some more modern pieces that have become some of our most popular items for visitors to Cornwall and as 10th wedding anniversary gifts.

Our range includes:
tin pendants; the tin daisy with a gold bead, the diamond and garnet tin heart, the tin Cardinham head cross and tin St Piran's cross.  Wonderful as christening gifts or tenth wedding anniversary presents.

Wood
Our wooden items are now one of our most popular ranges as the effect of the tin against the wood is stunning.  Our trinket boxes and bottle stoppers have been hand turned locally by very talented craftsmen.

The picture frames come in various sizes and have a choice of Cornish tin castings for any occasion.  These are very popular as birthday, anniversary, wedding, retirement and corporate gifts.  Our wooden pens and boxes are a lovely way to remember a holiday in Cornwall whilst been very practical, these are also very popular as retirement and leaving gifts.

Pewter
Our pewter range now includes christening gifts, wedding gifts, birthday gifts and 10th wedding anniversary gifts.

We have carefully picked all these items to compliment our own tin range of gifts, many of which can have a Cornish flavour added to them with a tin casting of your choice.

Pewter is made using over 90% tin and is therefore a great alternative for your 10th (tin) wedding anniversary.

We now have gifts made by:

Lancaster and Gibbings a small company based in Devon. They individually cast, finish and assemble each of their gifts using only fine quality pewter.  We have a wonderful selection of their anniversary and wedding/love cards, each has a pewter token attached which makes a lovely keepsake for your special day.

Multiply Designs are a family business based in Nottingham and each of their gifts and tokens have been designed and made by themselves.  These are lovely little inexpensive gifts that can be given for christenings, birthdays, good luck, weddings, and as a 10th wedding anniversary gift.  For each there is a Cornish 'alternative' which can be used for that traditional Cornish wedding, a relative moving away from Cornwall or a Cornish christening.

Edwin Blyde is a small company based in Sheffield.  All their gifts are designed and made by themselves.  For many years we have had our tankards made by Edwin Blyde and we have always been impressed by their quality.  Over the past 12 months we have increased our range from Edwin Blyde adding the 2 lovely christening cups with Cornish Arms or celtic knot and the celtic range of hip flask, trinket box and paper knife.
