We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day as they are placed, but due to the busy nature of our business we can only guarantee this for orders placed before 3pm. Stock availability must also be taken into account, and sometimes items may take longer to dispatch. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available, subject to availability. HOWEVER if any item is out of stock or subject to delay, this will be clearly stated on the individual item's product information and will not be available for immediate dispatch. Tin is an extremely pure metal and we are not aware of anyone ever being allergic to tin jewellery. It is nickel free, and all the chains, cufflink backs, etc, we use are quality sterling silver.
Tin will naturally darken over time and to keep it looking its best, we recommend washing in warm soapy water (washing-up liquid is ideal) and buffing with a dry cloth. We also offer a free cleaning service - if you return your jewellery to us it can be put through our professional 'tumbling' system which will restore the original shine.
All orders are dispatched in a protective bubblewrap envelope with our address stamp but not our company name.
Although we do not have a full shop display, you are welcome to visit us and it is possible to purchase from us direct. However, this must be by prior agreement as our workshop opens irregular hours.
You may return any unworn item for exchange or refund within one month of purchase. Please see our Delivery Information page for more information.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept earring returns for hygiene reasons.
We offer a lifetime guarantee on our productís workmanship, and in the unlikely event any item proves faulty (excluding normal wear and tear) we will be pleased to repair or replace as appropriate. Please contact us at email@example.com or telephone 01872 560200.
If you lose an earring, cufflink etc. we can sell you just the one as a replacement, so long as the item has not been discontinued. We would need to know if you need the left or right one replaced, so please either call our office or email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01872 560200.
You will be sent an automated email confirming your order has been received. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

No. We use the Sage Pay system, which encrypts all your personal details. This is a system used by thousands of internet retailers, your transaction is therefore safe and secure.
You can ring us and we can take payment over the phone or you can request an order via post with a cheque. The order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque is cleared.
