FAQs
No absolutely not! All of our jewellery is made from pure Cornish tin from the South Crofty Mine which is extracted from the stockpiled tin ore by the Wheal Jane Group as we need it.
We recommend that you clean it with hot soapy water and a soft toothbrush. Prevention is better than cure though so we suggest you remove your jewellery when swimming or showering and avoid it coming into contact with creams and make-up. It is always worth giving it a wipe with a cloth after use. Store it away from other jewellery preferable in acid free tissue paper.
The findings such as earring hooks and pins and all chains are made from sterling silver.
Everybody has different body chemistry so you have to be aware of what exactly you’re allergic to. The tin we use is pure tin with no added alloys which reduces the chance of you being alergic.
Yes you can. As long as we are still stocking an item you are able to buy a single one.
We put a lot of care into our products so we would always hope there won't be a problem but if there is a fault in workmanship just contact us to arrange repair or replacement.
Our chains are 18" as standard but if you need a different length contact us and we can sort this for you.
