Can I return an item?

You may return any unworn item for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept earring returns for hygiene reasons, unless they prove faulty.

Please send your item by recorded delivery and enclose a brief covering letter that includes your name, address and a contact number/email, along with the reasons for return and whether or not you wish to exchange or receive a refund. Our returns address is:

Please be aware that items that arrive damaged will not be refunded.

Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange your goods, please contact us either by telephone 01872 560200 or email sales@wheal-jane.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Faulty Goods

We offer a lifetime guarantee on our productís workmanship. In the unlikely event that any item proves faulty, we will be happy to repair or replace as appropriate at no cost to you. Please contact us at sales@wheal-jane.co.uk or telephone 01872 560200.

Please note that our guarantee does not cover general wear and tear of an item. Please also note that some items may have been discontinued, and in this case we will be unable to repair or replace a faulty piece. If this happens, we can discuss an alternative solution with you.

Lost Earrings or Cufflinks

If you lose an earring or cufflink, we can sell you a single as a replacement, so long as the item has not been discontinued. We would need to know if you need the left or right one replaced, so please either call our office or email sales@wheal-jane.co.uk or telephone 01872 560200.
